"Bailey and Ronnie are top-notch, unlike my monitor!"
Bailey and Ronnie were super friendly. They reached out to inform me of their arrival time and showed up right on schedule. Given that they took apart the monitor and swapped out the screen, it felt like they finished in a flash. Before leaving, they ensured everything was functioning perfectly. No problems whatsoever, and they’re genuinely nice folks.

The customer service was outstanding. Everything was set up swiftly and without any fuss. The technicians, Ronnie and Bailley, were fantastic. They showed up on time and were polite and knowledgeable. The fix was done fast and caused hardly any disturbance. I’d definitely suggest them.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Booking an appointment was a breeze. Got an email and a text to confirm the time. The engineer called me about thirty minutes before he got here. I could track him, so I didn’t have to sit around all day. The engineer, Andy C, was super professional and friendly. Everything went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend them.

"Awesome Team"
As soon as we walked into the shop, Ayesha welcomed us and guided us through the whole buying process. We picked up a Sony TV, but when I tried to set it up, I ran into some trouble with the channels. I got back in touch with the store, and they helped me sort it out; turns out it was an issue with my home aerial.

Ronnie and Bailey showed up today to install a new screen on my television. They were both super nice, tidy, and made sure I was satisfied before heading out.

"Awesome work! Jason was super helpful and courteous"
Jason Lasikiewicz was incredibly helpful and courteous, really knew his stuff and walked me through what he was doing at every stage. He’s a real hard worker. He took apart the washing machine and sorted out all the issues. It was a hefty task, but he was totally up for it.

I gotta say, the service was just fantastic! Billy and Rob came over to my place and swapped out the broken screen panel on my Samsung Odyssey G9 Monitor. They had it up and running perfectly in less than an hour! Wow!

"Amazing support throughout the whole process"
Right from the beginning to the end, I was updated on everything going on. The customer service team was super friendly and comforting. Jason, the technician who came to my home, was really courteous and had a good grasp on repairing my freezer. I have no complaints about Martin Dawes. Great job, especially to Jason!
